According to the Chinese government, mobile and outscored the home PC

With both Chinese in China, and turned into the world’s factory, it is difficult to suppose that access to technology is relatively easy in this place in the world. What is striking is that for the first time, statistics show that most internet connections are made via mobile devices at the expense of PC. The government registered nearly 388 million mobile sessions held from – tablets, phones, skewers – and only 380 million generated from a PC.
In the mobile area, this represents a 22.2% increase compared to last year. The report also says nearly half of new users are from Rural areas, of which 60% are connected using mobile.
