The opinion considered illegal to use patent number 7,706,348 , owned by Samsung, which has to do with technology and its ability to “transmit multiple services simultaneously and correctly”. Yes, they are products of a certain age and that seem to most affect not considering that the only affected devices following the sale (and in specific places) is the iPhone 4, but still a victory that makes a welt to within the legal strength of the Cupertino company, which – until now – had won consistently in the U.S. where everything that is faced legally Samsung.

In fact, this same charge and won. Samsung beat Apple in September of 2012 in a resolution rejecting any of 4 – among them, which today gives the victory to South Korea – effectively out improperly used by Cupertino.
