MediaTek launches new quad-core processor for tablets

has just introduced its new MT8125 processor specially designed for tablets in the third quarter of this year.

Among the several new features that brings this new processor based on Cortex-A7 are the four cores that could reach speeds of 1.5 GHz, PowerVR graphics accompanied Series5XT, being able to give life to a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixel Full HD. In addition, it supports up to 13 megapixel cameras and video recording in Full HD.

There will be two versions, one economic, which only allow mobile internet connection via EDGE and another Pro, which allows you to connect via Wi-Fi or HSPA. The good thing about this processor is that it will give greater benefits to low priced tablets.

And will not be long when we can see a team with this processor installed, as the Lenovo IdeaPad S6000 and incorporates it into their system.
