Sony would be making a Smartphone Octa-Core processor MediaTek

The data were leaked yesterday day a new processor for mobile devices will soon see the light. This is the MT6592, chip of 1.7 GHz, but could reach up to 2 GHz

According to information leaked yesterday, this processor integrated into future teams would Sony, LG, ZTE, Huawei and Lenovo, but now we have learned new information regarding and is working on a phone that integrate this chip. Do not forget that the Japanese already have experience with this type of processor as the Xperia C sold in the Asian market already incorporates a processor MediaTek.

Rumors are betting that this new Japanese mobile cores integrate 28nm Cortex A7, which results in a very good processor efficiency in energy consumption. Furthermore, this new chip has eight real cores, which are able to get more than 30,000 points in AnTuTu application. That may not mean much to you, but if I tell you that is much more than what makes the Samsung Galaxy S4 know it’s really powerful.

We do not know an exact date as to when we see this processor in action, but it seems to be very soon.
